Tumblr (3.0; @ghanaservice-janaan)http://ghanaservice-janaan.tumblr.com/<p>We are here - safe and sound, and getting acquainted with the University of Ghana.The vegetation is lush, deep greens with brilliant colors. </p> <p>Everyone is healthy and adjusting very well. We begin our course work today. Prof. Justice is a very engaging professor and is very passionate about his subject matter. A group of students went to church with him and his family on Sunday. There was beautiful music, much dancing, and enjoyed the celebration of prayer with the congregation.</p> <p>We met faculty from Central University, Iowa and they are very interested in our program. They may visit us this fall to talk with us. He has been saving for 5 years to have a formal Ghanaian wedding ceremony for his wife, Cecilia.
